The main thing to remember is the time difference. Mauritius stays on UTC+4 all year, while the UK changes its clocks. Until Saturday, 24 October, Mauritius is three hours ahead of the UK. From Sunday, 25 October, Mauritius becomes four hours ahead.

There are no Premier League matches during the first weekend of October. The extended FIFA international break runs from 21 September to 6 October, with Premier League action restarting on Saturday, 10 October.

Important: Mauritius Kickoff Times Change on 25 October

The UK clocks go back on Sunday, 25 October 2026. Mauritius does not change its clocks, so from this date Mauritius becomes four hours ahead of the UK instead of three.

This matters particularly for Friday and Monday night football. An 8pm UK kickoff becomes a midnight start in Mauritius once the UK moves back to GMT.

These are the first Premier League fixtures after the clock change, so the four-hour difference applies.

Saturday, 31 October

The same match round continues with Liverpool vs Arsenal at 8:30pm MUT on Sunday, 1 November, followed by Newcastle vs Everton at midnight on the night of Monday, 2 November into Tuesday in Mauritius.

The Premier League started later than usual this season following the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The campaign contains 33 weekend rounds and five midweek rounds and finishes on Sunday, 30 May 2027, when all ten final-day matches are scheduled to kick off simultaneously.
